Family Day FAQs
How do we register? Is registration required?
Registration is required for families planning to attend the 2025 TCNJ Family Day Program.
The Family Day registration is $25 per adult and $15 per child (NOTE: There is an additional $20 fee specifically for the Bonsai and Sip event).
The Family Day program is FREE for TCNJ Students (Except for a $20 fee specifically for the Bonsai and Sip event).
Students do not need to pre-register for Family Day and can simply scan into the event using their TCNJ Roar App when they arrive.
What does the registration fee include?
- Access to all Family Day programs, events, and activities.
- All-you-can-eat lunch in Eickhoff Hall or a $10 lunch voucher for Traditions, participating campus locations (Redberry, Teamlaya, Indigrill, Jersey Mike’s, and Fruttabowls or TCNJ Athletics concessions.
- Game day tickets to all three Lions Homecoming events:
- Women’s Soccer vs. Ramapo at 11 a.m.
- Homecoming Football Game vs. William Paterson at 3 p.m.
Are there homecoming events that do not require registration?
The following activities/events do not require a ticket. These include:
- Concert on the Steps
- Self-Guided Tour: Hall of Champions
- TCNJ Art Gallery
- Mainstage: Student Performances
Where do I check in?
- Check-in will be at Sundial Lawn, the grassy area between the Brower Student Center and Lions Stadium. Please show your email confirmation to receive a wristband (required for all scheduled events).
- TCNJ students will have a separate check-in table at the Sundial Lawn and in the Education Building.
- Check-in opens at 9:30 a.m.
Where should I park?
- Guests can park in all lots; please follow police parking guidance upon arrival.
- Note: If you are not participating in the Alumni Homecoming Fest, outside alcohol and charcoal grills are not permitted in TCNJ parking lots.
